Ingredients
  • 1cup cooked rice
  • 2teaspoon butter
  • 1can black beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 4tablespoon Salsa Lizano
  • 1/4cup freshly chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the onion and the bell pepper. I opt to use my mini food processor, because Bryce doesn’t like large pieces and it also saves time.
  2. Melt the butter on high heat, and sauteĆ© the onions and peppers until they become soft. Then, mix in the chicken bouillon cube, making sure that it’s completely broken up.
  3. Add the beans. At this point, I turn the heat to medium. Then stir in the Salsa Lizano and let cook for a minute or so.
  4. Pour in the rice, and mix well.
  5. Turn off the heat, and stir in the fresh cilantro. Serve while hot!
